Founded in 1987 by Nigel Southey to better manage a growing property portfolio, Ashways Ltd is now in the second generation of ownership in the Southey family.
Ashways owns and manages freeholds in South London and manages properties owned by the family. We have also offered bridge loans and financed builders occasionally.
The company is privately owned and has no borrowings.
